- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Overall my experience was positive. The lady on reception/answering the phone was really friendly and professional. They fitted me into an urgent appointment promptly (within the hour). The vet was very gentle and listened to what I had to say. I had my little pal put to sleep. My only criticism, which is meant in a constructive sense, was that the vet did not introduce themself to me, and I had to ask what their name was.
