  Very poor and shoddy service from this surgery. I very rarely need to see my doctor. However the time I needed her, she let me down. I managed to get an appointment 8 days after I called. When I arrived, the car park layout had all changed from the previous time I had visited. Unbeknown to me, they had sinced changed all the bays to disabled parking causing me to need to park much farther away. By the time I parked and ran to the reception, I was 7 minutes late for my appointment. The reception staff member I approached, her computer system was down. By the time the other reception staff had finished nattering to each other, it was closer to 11 minutes before she would then tell me that my doctor might not be able to see me now as I was very late. Sure enough, she walked back to me 10 minutes later to inform me that my doctor, Dr King, wouldn't see me. Her next available appointment? Nearly 1 MONTH later. Absolutely shocking service and lack of care. I might just be dead by the time I get seen.
